How do I find out more about moving a site to V7

I have a large client website that has now been flagged as having to move to V7.

Where do I find out information about this? How much is it going to cost the client now to host the website?

so far I am in the dark here, and support request are being ignored.

In your Portal, you can go into the site settings (3 dot menu at the far right of the site in question) and run the pricing calculator (under the “NEW PRICING” tab).
This will give you an idea of pricing based on current features and setup. However, you can use this info to adjust the site, where possible, to reduce costs before proceeding to an upgrade.

You can also look at the current pricing on the WebinOne website to see which plan/extensions the site would fit into.

Also, if you review the notification page (click on the Portal banner link) for sites being flagged for v7 upgrade, you may even be able to adjust the items/features that are causing the site to be flagged and avoid upgrading altogether.

Hi @Adam.Wilson Is it now safe to perform the — “You may click the “clear hidden features” button to remove all those features and get fair pricing”. ---- on a LIVE site or should I be doing this another way. I have hidden features I need to remove.

Ultimately, you need to decide if the removal of content/features is safe to do for your site’s configuration. But yes, for the majority of use cases, if the features are already hidden and you have no need for those features, then it should be fine to remove them.
